Abstract
V posledních letech se téměř na každé významnější HR konferenci diskutuje o talentech neboli o zaměstnancích s potenciálem a nadáním, označovaných často jako "high potentials". Jak to vypadá se zájmem o talenty v době pandemie a Průmyslu 4.0?
Abstract (in English)
In recent years, almost every major HR conference has discussed talent, or employees with potential and talent, often referred to as "high potentials." This article highlights what it looks like with an interest in talent during the pandemic and Industry 4.0.
