Course objectives
Business model is a creative subject based on the connection of knowledge and skills gained by studying core courses in Management and Corporate Finance, and also to the online tool, the business model used by foreign universities. The aim is to enhance the ability of graduates perceive business idea, innovation or project in the context of the entire enterprise, including its professional presentations, primarily for the purpose of commercialization. The aim is therefore the development of presentation skills will be sought for effective tips and tricks for different areas presentations intent. The process of preparing the project will be based on the value proclamations will follow category product / service, customer configuration, financial issues, communication strategies. Business Model, students will be processed using the online tools IDEA-BMC (Business Model Creator), which creates a business model for a specific business case (business case / plan). The model will help to clearly understand how to create value for customers and to generate cash flows. Students will be encouraged to know that a good business model is the foundation of any successful long-term business and as such is by far the most effective way to reduce business risk. During the course, will be presented to the successful and efficient business models, emphasis will be placed on the practical application of this knowledge, as well as the rich performances by guests from the business practice. Graduate course: Gets the theoretical basics of creating a creative business model to gain knowledge abroad widely used online tools IDEA-BMC will be able to create a Business Model / model or business plan in 17 topics mentioned tools will understand the continuity and synergy effects of individual categories / areas making Business The model will be able to identify business opportunities and formulate a business plan Analyzes market and customers. Business Opportunity - new models of consumer behavior marketing, social entrepreneurship. 3.Strategic management system - a prerequisite of successful creation and implementation of business plan. 4.Strategic analysis and its significance for the formulation of business strategy 5.Analysis of the internal environment for business strategy, SWOT analysis 6.Formulation of a financial plan view of input and operating costs. 7.Formulation of a marketing plan 8.Formulation of a business plan in three variants, the Operational Plan 9.Formulation of organizational plan and staffing plan, security plan for IS / IT 10.Prerequisites for the implementation of the business plan and strategic direction of the company 11.Rhetoric - "Speech mind." How to get sympathy, what to do when preparing a presentation, presentation techniques. 12.Presentation of business plans.

Teaching methods
PS 6 hours of lectures, 6 hours of seminars. KS: 3 hours. Managed consultations. Classes will be held on the basis of interactive lectures and exercises targeted within which the theory will be complemented by practical examples. Participation will require some degree of readiness of students following the curriculum of concentration to allow informed debate on the topics discussed.
Assessment methods
The course ended with a credit. To demonstrate the knowledge gained from the course the student shall draw up the business plan according to the required curriculum. This full-time students present in the classroom, will be discussed in the group, commented on and evaluated in view of a potential investor. Part-time students will present the project within the stipulated deadline for the credit. For PS attendance at lectures and tutorials 75% and KS participation in the consultation controlled 50%. Attendance is required to the extent specified VSFS study regulations and is part of the criteria for granting credit. Students who fail to meet the mandatory scope of participation can be entered during the semester of additional study obligations - work for "nedocházku" (at a rate that will allow the student to demonstrate knowledge of the issues and the acquisition of competencies necessary for successful completion of the course.
