Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
This subject has the main aim to aquaint the students with the other legal regulation in the field of Individual Labour Law employment relationship between employer and emploee, their rights and duties concerning compensation for demage, agreements on work performend outside employment relationship, with Collective Labour Law, especially the regulation of the relation between representatives of employees (trade unions in particular) and employers or their associations. An important part of the Collective Labor Law is also regarding collective bargaining contracts. Students will be also aquainted with the Act on Employment which concerns the relations between an unemployed person and state authorities and the conditions for unemployment compensation benefit. Students will also learn how to solve the typical employment relationship causes.

Legal regulation of unemployment compensation benefits 12. The performance of control in Labour law

Lectures with powerpoint presentation, solving practical examples
Assessment methods
Check up questions, written test )15 questions - 10 correct answers needed to pass), essay on special topic. Students have to oassoral exam. It is necessary to answer 2 qestions.
