The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Annotation is the same for both forms of study. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and explain the materia   general part of administrative law. Can explain the basic concepts and institutions of the sector to understand the system of administrative law and also acquire the ability to apply legislation in   practice. Can understand the context of the general Institutes s ~   finish in the individual, special branches of administrative law. Also gets an overview of lawmaking     in this area.

  • Third Actors and performers of public administration, organizational principles.
  • 4th Issue administrative acts.
  • 5th Administrative rule making bodies.
  • 6th Public contracts.
  • 7th Administrative supervision.
  • 8th Internal acts and official supervision.
  • 9th Other forms of administrative activity.
  • 10th Control of the public administration.
  • 11th Protection of rights in public administration.
  • 12th Accountability in public administration.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be given during the semester additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
Assessment methods
The course is concluded with an oral examination. Criterion for the oral composition is right answer two questions from a   21 test circuits.
