Prerequisites
Successful completion of this course the student gains an overview of the materia general part of administrative law. Be able to explain basic concepts and institutes of the industry understand the system of administrative law and the ability to acquire and apply the law in practice. Can understand the context of the general institutes of regulation of the individual, special branches of administrative law. Also gets an overview of law-making in this area.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide input on administrative law.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basic concepts - public administration, administrative law. 2nd Sources of administrative law. 3. The bodies and public administrators, organizational principles. 4th Issuance of administrative acts. 5th rulemaking administrations. 6. Public contracts. 7. Administrative Supervision. 8. Internal acts and official supervision. 9. Other forms of administrative action. 10. Control of public administration. 11. Protection of rights in public administration. 12. Responsibility in Public Administration.
