- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain a basics of modern approaches, theories, trends and current models of HR management. The emphasis is on deciding on the need, specialization and experience of staff, managing key HM management processes and mainly on key HR management strategies which creates competitive advantage and differentiate successful companies at the market.
