Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main aim of this subject is teaching the students how to explain the legislation concerning the employment relationship between the employer and the employee, their rights and duties, an empolyment contract as well as some public rules affecting the performance of duties on both sides. European legislation will be also mentioned (e.g. issues relating to discrimination or working hours). The students will learn how to solve the typical employment relationship causes.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able after completing the subject: - to orientate in all kinds of labour relations; - to solve typical situations that occur in individual labour relations and to justify this solution according to valid legal regulation; Student will also know how to conclude collective agreements and resolve collective disputes.
