- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will know the basic ideas and theories of insurance industry in context. Will be able to understand and explain insurance as a "service", which is one of the forms of protection of human society from the consequences of unforeseen incidents, marking the loss of life, health and property. Will be able to explain the basic categorization insurance from terms of material and legal, context arising from the presence of market premium as part of the financial market and the possibilities arising from the presence of 'Single European passport ".

- Lectures and exercises in full-time, controlled group consultations in combined form; minimum mandatory participation in exercises in full-time studies is 75%, the controlled group consultations in combined form 50%. "Lectures using power-point presentation.

- In this course, students must develop a mandatory seminar work around in the range of 5-8 pages and submit it before the test vyučujícímu.Předmět is concluded with an oral exam according to the instructions of the teacher, the which will inform students in lectures.
