Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students gain knowledge on general part of administration law, administration procedural law, administration criminal law and theory of administration.
Syllabus
  • 1. Public administration, administration law, sources of administration law 2. Administration acts 3. Making standards of administration authorities 4. Control and supervision in public administration 5. Concept of administration procedural law 6. Overview of administration proceedings 7. Decision making in administration proceedings 8. Regular and extraordinary remedial tools 9. Concept of administration punishment, Facts of the case of administration offence 10. Proceeding in the area of administration punishment 11. Concept of e-government, basic registers, data boxes 12. Privacy policy, right for information.

Lectures and seminars in full-time study; tutorials in part-time study; compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study, compulsory tutorial participation is 50% in part-time study.
Assessment methods
The course is completed with verbal exam. Answer one of the 15 topic questions correctly is required to pass the exam.
