Cíle předmětu
Students will be able to understand what is meant by Projects and will be able to define Project Management, the need to do feasibility studies and the key objectives in managing projects.
Student should be able to work with information on how to estimate time and cost in Project Management. They will be able to explain a process of monitoring and control projects in Project Management and appropriate use of change management in projects.

Výukové metody
The subject is delivered by lectures in full-time study 12 lectures of theory and real business cases, demonstrating the role of Project Management in business. Compulsory seminar participation is 75% in full-time study.
Metody hodnocení
The subject is completed by credit. Credit will be granted based on active participation in the course and Project Presentation in Class.
