Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain: a) modern trends of personnel management, basic theories and practical application of knowledge in the management of the company  ; b) the use of information systems in   personnel management; c) the mission, objectives and tasks of personnel management, accountability of managers and recruitment   management and implementation of key HR activities; - d) the importance of performance appraisal, compensation, training, and comprehensive care for employees  , -

  • 1) Scope of Personnel Management 2) Planning and optimization of manpower needs in the enterprise. 3) Acquisition, selection, orientation and adaptation and release employees. 4) Evaluation of corporate and personal work performance pay. 5) Training and staff development. 6) Personnel information system.

Teaching methods
Teaching consists of lectures and exercises in the form of full-time and managed group consultations in combined studies. The scope of compulsory participation in education: Minimum mandatory participation in full-time education is 80%, the controlled group consultations in combined studies 50%. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be during the term given additional study obligations (to the extent that you demonstrate academic achievement and gained competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
Assessment methods
Student during their studies and in relation to knowledge gained in the area of management information systems, knowledge management and strategic project management process study on a selected topic in the range of 5-7 pages, as a condition of granting credit. Indicative basis for students to prepare for the test set of recommendations and questions for each topic listed in the study support.The test consists of a written test and an oral part. Successful completion of the test requires 60% of correct answers.
