- Does not require any special assumptions. This is due to the current spontaneous and controlled education in the social (emotional) intelligence and the ability to use conventional communication skills.

- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and explain the basics of effective communication, practiced some of the standard communication situation, using television record and get an overview of his analysis of essential communication models, tactics, and the most common mistakes that threaten the standard communication situations. In the classroom elementary students obtain an overview of the theory of so-called soft dovedností.Výuka aims to strengthen competencies in the area and enhance the quality of the personality profile of participants (elimination of stage fright and more often to the pathologically manifested phenomena - the redness, etc.) .

- 1 Potential and limits the acquisition of communication skills as essential components of soft skills - ambivalence between "being his" and "be in role" 2 Communication as an exchange of information as a tool for gaining respect and influence, and as an instrument of acceptance (the establishment and strengthening of cooperation), 3 myths, mistakes and errors in the human communication, mistaken expectations, declared and real requirements, 4 Communications and its ethos, unspoken communication pitfalls substantive interpretation, Justice vz. nepotism, 5, a right to the practical (purpose) behavior, truth and lie at communicate. 6 Personal marketing, self-promotion, self-reflection, 7 communication facilities, telecommunications actors, behavior, personality, authenticity / flamboyance of manners, 8 coping with ambivalence, resentment, stage fright, assertive communication, 9 as face agování (acting out), the most common failures in communication , (on the road, at communicate). 10 Verbal, paraverbální, nonverbal communication, 11 features and functions, standard communication situations - 12 crisis communication.

- Teaching methods
- Teaching takes the form of exercises for students with an optional subject, primarily devoted to the training of practical skills, and a lecture by a compulsory subject (MK). It includes a TV recording the student's performance and its evaluation (practical exercises in the TV studio). Another model suitable for practicing is an audio recording and its analysis (focus on paralinguistic). The scope of compulsory participation in education: Minimum mandatory participation in seminars / workshops in full-time study is 75%, the controlled group consultations in combined studies 50%. Students who fail to meet the mandatory level of participation may be given during the semester additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of the subject, such as an essay in the normal range, ie about 9 to 15 standard pages A4 in accordance with the Methodology VSFS). At the end of the course students take the knowledge test-study curriculum. The condition for granting such credit is: minimum prescribed attendance at seminars, successful mastery test (min. 80%) and participation in and video training with subsequent analysis of performance.
- Assessment methods
- Assessment methods: from (credit, 3 credits) Active participation in seminars, training sessions and completing the analysis of the results. Written test basic theory in the range 20 questions type a, b, c, knowledge of the required readings, individual presentation of concrete communication situation in front of a video camera. U ~ mandatory forms of instruction follows the successful completion of a course of communicatively successful handling difficult situations in the video.
