Course objectives
Acquisition of managing its strategic ties with business management system. Mastering the content, methods, processes, tools, and processes of strategic management. Internal and external strategic analysis of the company, the most important business strategy, their model concept and impelemntace.

Assessment methods
Compulsory student participation in exercises, or. public consultation - min. 75% in full-time study and min. 50% in the combined form of study. Credit - active professional work in seminars, attendance, report, according to a subproject agreement and entering teacher. Examination - written test (20 core topics of strategic minima) is a condition for continuing the oral examination.
