Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the fundamentals of human resources management and to understand the basic processes of this managerial function. To make students aware of the simple, manageable processes of the HRM, they should proceed smoothly to more responsible and strategic tasks that are a prerequisite for providing a competitive advantage in any personnel area such as recruitment and selection of employees, their development and education, rewards and benefits, succession planning, performance, talent management, health and safety at work, labor legislation, or personal information system. The role of E-learning in the education process will also not be omitted. All this will be embedded in a corporate culture that must be transparent at all times. DRR must be seen as an inseparable part of a business, manifested by partnership, not merely the support of managerial functions.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: - Explain the concept and objectives of human resource management in the organization; - Describe the system of human resource functions; - Explain the role of managers and HR specialists; - Explain the concept of a job in the organization; - Explain the concept and objectives of personnel planning; - Explain the concept and objectives of employee recruitment and selection; - Explain the concept and objectives of employee hiring and orientation; - Describe the concept of performance management;

Teaching methods
The full-time studies: lectures, presentations, professional communication, debate, discussion.
In the combined form of study as group consultations. Teaching consists of lectures and exercises in the form of full-time and managed group consultations in combined studies.
The scope of compulsory participation in education: Minimum mandatory participation in exercises in full-time study is 75%, the controlled group consultations in combined studies 50%.
Students who fail to meet mandatory scope of participation, may be, during the term given additional study obligations (to the extent that will demonstrate academic achievement and acquired competencies necessary for successful completion of course).
A precondition for successful studio's previous elementary knowledge of business management, psychology and sociology of work.
Based on the acquired problem student will know the terminology personnel management, able to explain the content of the field, manages the processes of personnel management.
The crucial step in meeting the objectives of the course of study students do that will want to work independently throughout the study.
It needed extensive individual preparation.
Assessment methods
The student during the course of the course and in connection with the knowledge gained in the field of business management elaborate a study on selected topics in the range of 5 to 6 pages, as a condition for granting credit and participation in the exam. Completed studies should be submitted in writing: a) full-time students by the date specified by the teacher b) students of combined study one week before the expected date of the examination. The set of recommendations and questions on the individual topics in the methodological sheets and the study support form the basis for the preparation for the exam.
The exam will be carried out in the form of a test of professional knowledge.
At least 55% of correct answers are required to pass the exam. Processed studies submitted in writing to: a) full-time students by instruction of teacher b) students combined study one week before the exam date. Indicative basis for preparing for the test, a set of recommendations and questions on the various topics in the methodological notes and study support.
The test will be a test of expertise and minumum 55% is needed.
